Detailed Product Description

This machine uses LDPE and HDPE materials to produce tubular 
plastic film through heating, extrusion, blowing, drawing and 
winding processes. Through cutting and sealing, these films can 
be made into food packaging bags, shopping bags or liner bags within 
woven bags. Meanwhile, the film can also be used as agriculture film,
field film and shed film after one- or two-side cutting during the 
production process.

The extruder screw and cylinder adopt 38CrMoAlA alloy steel that has 
received nitrogenation treatment. Meanwhile, the extruder and driving 
part adopt stepless speed regulation, and each type of film extrusion 
machine is provided with two dies to match all types of film production. 
The surface of the rollers is electroplated with hard chromium for added durability.
