Laminating melted polypropylene and polyethylene film on woven bags produces laminated woven bags. Laminating on the film and paper directly,or laminating color-printed OPP and BOPP film on the surface of these bags produces colored packaging bags for instant noodles, melon seeds and various other foods.This extruder has a vertical gear reducer and adopts an automatic temperature-control system to adjust melting temperatures. The screw and cylinder are made of 38CrMoALA alloy steel and treated through nitrogenation. The double-die can realize single or double face coating, the coating and laminating widths can be regulated, and stepless speed regulation is used to control coating thickness and laminating speed.
