Detailed Product Description

This machine, through heating, extruding and drawing processes, 
uses polypropylene and polyethylene materials to make tape that 
is then winded for weaving on circular looms.

Due to our improvements, this machine can use 100% regenerated 
powder and grain PP and PE to produce tapes.

The extruder screw and cylinder are made of 38CrMoALA alloy steel, with 
the hardness exceeding HV950 after nitrogenation treatment. A vertical 
gear reducer is applied to the extruder, with the gears and chain wheels 
being made of 45# medium carbon steel treated through high frequency 
quenching. The driving rollers are electroplated with hard chromium, 
and winding-roller tension self-controllers are applied to the driving 
unit. The cylinder of the extruder, three-way and die all adopt aluminum 
cast heater, which is very durable (Patent No.97243663.4).
